Here are the services we provide at Kings Bookkeeping:

  • Quickbooks/quicken bookkeeping

    Data enter all the day to day transactions including sales and expenses.  Extract data from bank reports.  Process and post cash receipts and accounts receivable and accounts payable.  We take the information and keep record of it on either Quickbooks or Quicken.

  • Accounts Payable

    Pay all vendor bills and payments, vendor history, vendor reports, and balances.

  • Accounts Receivable

    Customer and job tracking, record invoices and payments, customer history and reports.

  • Payroll

    Figures the hours and wages of employees and figures out the taxes and handles the paychecks.  In house or out service.

  • Invoices

    Send out, produce, and record invoices and monthly statements from QuickBooks or other formats.

  • Bank deposits

    Deposit checks into your bank and input the information into QuickBooks or Quicken.

  • Balance Checkbooks

    Balance out checkbooks along with Online Banking.  Make sure your accounts are always balanced.

  • Clean up past and current data

    Clean up your past and current data and formatted into QuickBooks or Quicken.

  • Taxes

    W2’s, W3’s, Payroll Tax Deposits (DE88), Workers Compensation Insurance Payroll Report, Federal Tax Deposit Coupon (Form 8109), Quarterly Wage and Withholding Report, Employers Quarterly Federal Tax Return (941), Annual Reconciliation Statement.

  • Transcription

    Transfer recorded information onto a word document and either mail out for you or review first.
